Problem: A general meh?

Many landing pages are driven to from email, social, or other channels. After the first challenge of getting users to respond to the call - how do you guide them to claim the reward? Most offers expire, this solution calls attention to the time limit and creates the urgency to act. Not eloquent or highbrow design, but oddly effective and generated exceptional response.
